PLEASE CHECK YOUR GOODS ON RECEIVING YOUR DELIVERY
If when you receive your order it is incomplete - please contact us by e-mail within 48 hours of receiving your order on: sales@toyporium.com (please include your order reference number).
We will send you any missing item/items a.s.a.p there will be no postal charge for the missing items.
Or we can refund you for the missing item.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty - Please inform us by email sales@toyporium.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, (please include your order reference number), we will forward you the address so that you can send the item/items back to us for us to examine, please ensure when sending an item back that all accessories are included. Items returned without accessories will result in no refund being issued.
The cost of returning the item to us will be reimbursed if we deem the item/items to be damaged or faulty.
If possible a replacement item will then be forwarded to you a.s.a.p free of charge.
If it is not possible to replace the item or if you request it then a full refund will be given.
If your order arrives incorrect - Please inform us by email sales@toyporium.com (please include your order reference number), within 48 hours of receiving your order.
We will forward you the return address for you to post item/items back to us. Please ensure all accessories are complete. We will reimburse full postal charges for the return of incorrect item/items. Items must be returned in a re-saleable condition complete with all accessories otherwise no refund can be given.
Once we receive the returned item/items, stock permitting we will forward the correct item/items a.s.a.p.
If we do not have a replacement item, then a full refund will be issued.
